How Paw Pampers handles information you share with us—especially during signup and while running your shop.
This policy describes the personal and organization information we collect when you explore Paw Pampers marketing pages, complete our self-serve onboarding (signup) flow, and use a Paw Pampers-hosted shop. It is written for pet grooming salons, dog daycares, and pet hotels in Canada and their teams. It also explains how we process information that pet owners share with those businesses through Paw Parent.
When you start a Paw Pampers subscription through our signup form, we ask for details needed to provision your account, invoice you correctly, and stay in touch. Depending on the plan you choose, this may include:
Once your site is running, your team and the pet owners who use it may store operational records in Paw Link and Paw Parent. That can include owner names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses; pet profiles and health notes; booking and attendance history; messages; uploaded documents or photos; and payment records for services you sell. Your business decides what to collect and how to use it for your clients. Nurture Partners Inc hosts and processes that information to provide the Service you subscribed to—not to market to your clients on our own behalf.
Sign-in uses a cell phone number and a one-time SMS code. We send those codes through our SMS provider solely to verify the person controlling that number.
Paw Parent search may show public business details you choose to list—such as shop name, location, and distance from a postal code—so owners can find nearby grooming or daycare. Private pet and owner records are not included in that public search.
We use onboarding, account, and hosted shop data to create and maintain your Paw Pampers environment, communicate about your subscription, meet legal and tax obligations, improve reliability and security, and provide support you request.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We may use subprocessors that help us run Paw Pampers—such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, or fraud prevention—strictly to provide the service you signed up for. Those providers are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing. Your shop may also connect a payment processor you choose (for example Helcim, Nuvei, Stripe, PayPal, or VoPay) so you can collect from pet owners; that processor handles card or bank details according to its own terms.
We keep account and billing records only as long as needed to operate Paw Pampers, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Shop records remain until you delete them or your subscription ends, subject to backups and any retention settings you configure. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of pet-care operations data.
You may contact us through Support to ask questions about this policy or to request access or correction of your account information, subject to applicable law. Pet owners who use a shop should contact that business first about their own records; we can assist the subscriber when required by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example, by email to the address on your account or a notice in the product).
